The pri­mary objec­tives and pur­poses of this Foundation shall be to share and pro­mote the phi­los­o­phy of Keiko Fukuda in the mar­tial art of judo; encour­age girls and women to par­tic­i­pate in judo by pro­vid­ing grants and schol­ar­ships for girls and women to attend judo con­fer­ences, camps and tour­na­ments and pay­ing judo tuition for eco­nom­i­cally dis­ad­van­taged girls and women, regard­less of judo rank; and fos­ter national and inter­na­tional judo par­tic­i­pa­tion by girls and women.
